I have listed current pork prices below with the estimated expense of processing that includes: custom-cut/vacuum-sealed, smoked ham, smoked bacon and smoked sausage. I do have several customers who process and wrap their own pork and don't have to pay the processing fees.

 Whole hog = $400.00

Processing = $ 250.00

 Total           =  $650.00

 Estimated Price/lb       $650/150 (lbs) = $4.33/lb

 
Half hog = $225

Processing = $125

 Total           = $350.00

 Price/lb       $350/75 lbs = $4.66/lb

Blueberry Prices

One pint = $4.00

One quart = $7.00

One gallon = $27.00

To ensure freshness, we will fill your order the day of request.  Arrangements to pick up or deliver blueberries will be made on a individual basis.

1 pint fresh blueberries = 3/4 pound  = 2 1/2 cups = 12 oz = 340 grams

1 quart = 2 pints = 1-1/2 pounds = 4-5 cups = 24 ounces = 680 grams


1 gallon = 4 quarts = 6 
pounds = 18 cups = 96 ounces = 2720 grams
